Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
This position is located in Mt. Pleasant, IA.Lead and coordinate supply chain processes, logistics planning, and equipment investments.Ensure high-quality SCM data, monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns), and drive actions to meet targets.Implement and maintain logistics concepts and compliance with internal SCM standards.Identify and execute process improvements using CBS methods and support audits and reporting.Support local SCM projects and act as backup to the Supply Chain Manager when needed.Manage and analyze budget, forecast, and SCM data while ensuring alignment with financial goals and KPIs.Facilitate cross-functional data exchange and support inventory processes as part of the core team.Participate in trainings and cross-functional activities to ensure process compliance, support team collaboration, and provide backup for the Supply Chain Manager.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, business engineering or related discipline and a minimum of 2- years or relevant professional experience or a minimum of 4-years of relevant professional experience in lieu of bachelors degree.Prior experience within a manufacturing environment.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
