Take the lead in driving the technical development and implementation of innovative products and processes across global and regional potato and appetiser projects. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional project team and apply best-in-class project management principles to deliver breakthrough solutions that delight consumers worldwide.

Accountabilities.

Create & Innovate: Design and develop products that delight consumers, from kitchen bench to full-scale launch.Own the Details: Define product specs, analyse trial data, and collaborate with Sensory and Quality teams to set clear targets.Communicate & Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, sharing technical knowledge with clarity and impact. 

Proven expertise in stage gate project management with strong documentation skills.Solid understanding of costs and building COGs in partnership with Finance.Familiarity with food regulations, including nutritional and ingredient declarations.

Being in the office every single day is a thing of the past. Here at McCain, we champion hybrid working.
