Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design and implement customized solutions that align with our business needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and team members to create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications using the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration, as well as a collaborative mindset and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.

Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other platform tools.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like Mulesoft.

Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and training materials.

Support system testing, deployments, and post-release support.

Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Review code from other developers and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

Communicate development progress, risks, and issues to project managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Experience Cloud a plus).

Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).

Experience with complex integrations and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs).

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.

Understanding of object-oriented design and enterprise-level architecture.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
