Salesforce Developer will be joining our Business Application Transformation team that supports the transition to the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for enabling conversion of functional requirements into technical requirements that allow the development team to build capabilities within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and ability to architect complex integrations. We are looking for a resourceful, innovative thinker who can understand our business objectives, quickly identify areas of improvement, and provide creative solutions. This position will be filled to work Remotely within the U.S.The salary range for this position will be $103,300 -$162,700, depending on several factors including location. What you'll be responsible for: + Oversee the timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production. + Define or refine standards for the design and development of software. Collaborate with developers, QA, operations, and management to provide technical direction in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. + Establish and review business and technical requirements and overall project plans to define or refine standards, ensure adherence to standards, and to facilitate the transfer of knowledge throughout the development staff. + Complete product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution. + Perform system analysis and programming activities which require extensive research and analysis. + Provide architectural and “big picture” oversight for development of new or enhanced components. + May perform other job duties as assigned. What you'll need to have: + A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. + At least6 years of hands-on experiencein development, architecture, or consulting within the Salesforce platform. + A minimum of3 years of experiencedelivering solutions usingSalesforce Service Cloud. + Three or more Salesforce certifications , including at least one of the following:Platform App Builder, Developer I, or Developer II. + Strong skills inapplication design, with a solid foundation indata architecture, system integration, and security frameworks. + Demonstrated ability toanalyze, design, and optimize business processesthrough technology and system integration. + A proven track record ofquickly learning and applying new concepts, business models, and technologies. + Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear technical diagrams and documentation for complex systems. + Exceptionallistening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect across diverse roles and teams. + Experience working effectively withcross-functional teamsin a collaborative environment. + Willingness and ability to travel up to5%for internal meetings, training sessions, or professional conferences. What would be nice for you to have: + Experience working in anAgile development environment. + Familiarity withCopadofor managing Salesforce deployments and release processes. + A background inarchitecting scalable solutionsfor complex business requirements. + The ability toinfluence and guide stakeholderstoward best practices across various levels of a large organization.
