职责目的Position Objectives:
开发和维护半导体市场客户资源,确保销售目标和利润指标的实现
Develop semi customer/user resources, ensure sales projection and profit targets achievement.
2、主要职责Key Responsibilities:
完成本部门下达的年度及季度销售和盈利(或费用控制)及回款指标,并力争超标。To accomplish annual/quarter sales, margin(within cost control) and collection targets, try the best to excess.
及时访问本人所管理的客户,同重要客户建立密切的业务关系,在公司的客户信息系统中认真如实录入客户信息。Visit the customers in responsible area and build close business relationship with them. Record customer information in company database timely and accurately.
及时了解客户的需求和发展方向,并提供快速和优质的支持和帮助。Understand customer need and trend, provide prompt and high quality support and help.
认真执行公司和本部门的各项规章制度包括对销售价格和折扣的规定。Implement company and department’s policies seriously, include the policy regarding sales price and discount.
积极推进本部门的销售计划和对新产品、新应用及新客户的跟踪.Actively push sales plan of the department and closely follow the promotion of new products, new application and new customers.
具有较强的整个团队合作精神。Strong team building spirit.
3、工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:
完成部门下达的年度销售任务Achieve annual sales target of the department.
完成公司要求的回款指标Achieve the collection target required by company
完成上述条款2的工作职责Complete tasks in item 2.
4、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement:
专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background大学本科学历,电子, 化学, 化工或材料专业背景
University, major in Microelectronics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials or relatives.
相关工作经验Relevant Experience3年以上半导体化学机械研磨,湿式/干式刻蚀工艺或光刻微影工艺、设备经验或是半导体相关供应商销售经验
Above 3 years of Semi CMP, Wet/ Dry Etch or Lithography experience or sales experience of semiconductor related.
具有大客户管理经验,熟悉Fab厂相关运行,有相关net working 为佳。
Familiar with KA management process, have the experience in FAB, solid new working in SEMI industry.
