About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Coordinator to join our Brokerage Operations team in South Florida, sitting in our Miami office. You will provide support to commercial real estate brokerage producers within our office. This role offers a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the business by partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and coordinators to help in the overall success of the office. Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, proposals, competitive sets, custom demographics and psychographicsTrack and maintain lease comp dataPrepare deal documents including Request for Proposals (RFPs), Letters of Intent (LOI), renewal letters, leasing status reports & customer & prospect correspondenceUpdate & maintain company Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal informationDraft Listing Agreements and renewals, tracking expiration datesMarketing
Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetingsManage listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and JLL sites (i.e. MarketSphere)Work with design and local vendors to create, order and schedule installation of property signageExecute or coordinate both custom and templated brochures, market surveys, and property flyersCreate and track performance for email marketing campaigns for availabilityAssist in planning industry functions, client events and open housesBasic mapping and GIS duties, coordinate projects with mapping specialists as neededPartner with JBS and JLL Graphics teams on custom marketing deliverablesFinance
Track and process broker expense reports according to the JLL T&E PolicySet up new vendor suppliers and manage AP vouchers for property marketing expenseAdministrative
General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clientsConference room set up, office maintenance, broker IT supportMake travel arrangements & provide front desk coverage as neededOrganize and participate in periodic client team meetings and/or callsRequired Qualifications
3+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in commercial real estate or other professional servicesHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to learn new software and JLL's in-house platformsExperience with Adobe InDesignPreferred Qualifications
