What is the opportunity?
As an Sr. Resolution Officer Lead you will lead a dynamic team and be responsible for the ownership of end-to-end problem resolution for Accounting Services activities and functions related to Journal Entry as a Service and Accounts Receivables.
This role is a Hybrid position requiring both in Office and Work from Home capabilities. To support our business partners this role also requires one week of evening Work from Home shifts a month and a rare Work from Home Saturday shift.
What will you do?
Flexing between processes based on volume, time of month and overall business requirements.Execute processes in support of team to maintain targets as needed.Serves as the key resource and point of escalation between business partners for problem resolution, service quality activities and related initiative implementation.Acts as Centre Expert for client and partner care issues ensuring identification of continuous improvement opportunities, development of action plans and solutions through established metrics and reporting processes.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Business Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting (with relevant work experience in accounting)2-5 years of work experienceIntermediate to Advanced skill in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational and multitasking skills and ability to prioritize activities to ensure timelines are metGeneral SOX, Enterprise General Ledger (GL) and accounting policySome knowledge of all Regulatory and Compliance rules, Internal Audit reviewsNice-to-have
Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft for Journal EntryExposure to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or process improvementWhat’s in it for you?
