**Job Description**
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead research and insight efforts across topics like hybrid work, benefits, and total compensation. You will turn real employee feedback into meaningful, user-centered improvements — combining research design, data analysis, and storytelling to influence how we attract and retain top talent globally.
_We do not offer relocation for this position_
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Assess how our colleagues experience and interact with our total rewards (hybrid work, benefits, pay transparency, total compensation etc.), understand and translate their diverse needs into actionable, user-centeredsolutions.
+ Define and scope research initiatives, including framing the research purpose, questions, and key outcomes, and managing progress through clear follow-up processes.
+ Drive qualitative and partly quantitative research, including direct engagement with colleagues, managing the research activities andanalyzingdata using methods such as interviews, surveys, experiments, coding and quantifying qualitative data.
+ Benchmark externally by gathering and synthesizing insights from horizon scanning, case studies, and industrybest practices.
+ Create impactful presentations summarizing relevant insights on the user-journey of our colleagues and recommendations, to effectively inform and influence key partners.
+ Manage and coordinate projects with colleagues in the Employee Experience team and the greater Rewards department.
+ Proactively engage with the internal team in suggesting improvements, new projects and analysis.

You will join the Employee Experience & Engagement team in the broader context of Global Rewards within the People, Places & Culture organization. Here, you will play a key part in enhancing the total rewards experience for our colleagues, helping us bring subjects such as hybrid working, employee benefits, and other reward topics to life in collaboration with the team and key cross-functional colleagues across the organization – thus supporting the overall employee attraction and retainment at the LEGO Group.
In Employee Experience & Engagement, we are a dynamic and collaborative team with a diverse set of backgrounds and expertise including areas such as HR, social sciences, communication, design thinking, and project management. This role is ideal for a lead professional to join us who can drive the collection, analysis, and presentation of user experience insights, connect them to actionable recommendations, and effectively communicate decisions and plans. **Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
The ideal candidate has a relevant educational background combined with hands-on experience inresearch designand execution,preferably withinpeople'sperceptionand/orbehavioralscience. In addition, we expect that you have experience with/in:
+ Mixed-methods researchand the ability to deliver clear recommendations based on data/research results.
+ Employee or customer experience insights /user experiences, with proven quantitative & qualitative research skills
+ Market research and/or customer/employee experience insights
As a person, you show strong interpersonal and communicational skills, written and spoken. You are skilled in facilitating interactive sessions with cross-functional teams and end-users and translating these insights through presentations to project teams and partners. You thrive working in a collaborative culture and have an adaptable, open-minded, and exploratory approach to work. Finally, we hope you bring:

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
