Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing overall site operation mainly focusing on critical equipment maintenance, compliance and process optimization. This role emphasizes implementing critical activity and ensuring business continuity, site safety and compliance to all regulatory requirement.Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of the siteImplement Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipmentKnowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, plumbing, civil and architecturalAnalyze and create processes for technical teamCoordinate with building property managementKnowledge in creating and implementing 52 week calendarCoordinate with contractors/vendorHas knowledge in safety and compliance requirementsMonitor energy and implement energy conservation initiativesHelpdesk monitoringConduct day to day audit to ensure site is always visit/audit readyHandle technicians
