Job Title: Sr. Representative, People Solutions Center Job Description Sr. Representative for PSC are an integral part of a company's PS department. They are responsible for managing and administering different company's employee processes during the Game Changer’s life cycle through the company’s policies and local legal government regulations. Associates will provide to the different stakeholders a fanatical experience that is positive, pro-active and professional, they are passionate and committed to consistent process improvement. They are valued for their willingness and ability to solve employee problems. **We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Security Affiliations Representative to manage the enrollment, updates, and monitoring of employee affiliations with the Colombian social security system. This includes health (EPS), pension (AFP), labor risk insurance (ARL), and severance funds (Cesantías). The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate employee records in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.** **Responsibilities** **Coordinate timely registration and updates of employees with EPS, ARL, AFP, and Compensation Funds (Cajas de Compensación Familiar).** **Ensure compliance with Colombian labor and social security regulations.** **Maintain up-to-date employee records in internal PS systems and with external entities.** **Manage affiliations, reports and novelties** **Act as the liaison with service providers (EPS, ARL, etc.) to resolve issues and follow up on documentation.** **Support onboarding and offboarding processes in relation to social security.** **Provide reports and updates to PS management and support audits as needed.** **Stay informed on regulatory changes and propose necessary process updates.** **Requirements:** **Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.** **Minimum 1 years of experience in social security processes in Colombia.** **Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and the social security system.** **Experience using platforms such as PILA, RUAF, and ADRES.** **Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR management software.** **High attention to detail and organizational skills.** **Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.** **Skills & Qualifications** **1 to 2 years – Customer Service Experience in a similar environment** **Experience in payroll or human resources administration.** **Intermediate Excel Skills** **Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other technology systems)** **Excellent Oral and written communication** **Ability to manage multiple tasks** **Consistent past performance on meeting SLAs and targets** **Well-developed planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your workload** **Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other technology systems)** **Excellent customer service skills** **Minimum high school** Location: COL Bogota - Oficinas y terrazas de Language Requirements: Spanish (Required) Time Type: Full time **If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/)**
