**Job Summary:**
The Senior ER Advisor – Special Investigation Services – seats in Mexico City and is responsible for handling all HR Referral and Compliance cases assigned within the LA region. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting investigations of medium to high complexity cases reported by employees. As a subject matter expert, this role provides guidance and support to management and cross-functional teams. The scope includes ensuring prompt case resolution, proper application of Compliance and non-Compliance policies – including the Code of Conduct – and enforcement of local laws and regulations, while aligning with best HR practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage a high volume of HR Referral and Compliance cases within the region, in line with SOPs, established processes, and local laws.
+ Ensure all cases are handled promptly, aiming for resolution within established SLAs.
+ Ensure timely and accurate entry of case data into the ER Tracker.
+ Analyze data and keep the ER Lead informed of case trends, contingencies, barriers, and opportunities.
+ Collaborate with People Teams and other stakeholders to implement recommendations and preventive actions.
+ Provide coaching and guidance to people managers and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company policies.
+ Prepare accurate investigation case summary reports in English.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required. Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Law, or related field. Master’s preferred.
+ Senior HR experience required (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Manager, HRBP, Employee Relations, Ethics/Compliance, Labor Relations, or similar).
+ Experience in large, global, matrix organizations is preferred.
+ Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.
+ Intermediate or advance proficiency in Portuguese (oral and written) highly preferred.
