About the role As a Senior Recruiter , you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while helping to shape our recruitment strategy and candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to meet business goals in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities + Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including specialist and leadership positions, both locally and internationally. + Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and your professional network. + Build strong pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities. + Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on hiring strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. + Support employer branding and process improvement initiatives in recruitment. + Lead or contribute to special projects, such as interview training, process optimization, or talent mapping. Requirements + 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus. + Fluency in both Polish and English is essential. + Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. + Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving setting. + Strong sourcing and negotiation skills, with knowledge of the latest recruitment tools and techniques. + High level of independence, initiative, and ownership.
