**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and Selenium and experience in the Analytics domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the companys success. The position requires a day shift with no travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software projects. + Oversee the automation of test scripts using Selenium to ensure high-quality software delivery. + Provide expertise in Java programming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle. + Ensure that all software meets the companys standards for functionality performance and reliability. + Conduct thorough regression testing to verify that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality. + Utilize analytics domain knowledge to improve testing strategies and identify potential areas of improvement. + Mentor junior quality engineers and provide guidance on best practices in testing and automation. + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential defects early in the development process. + Develop and maintain documentation related to testing processes procedures and outcomes. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any issues encountered. + Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve the quality assurance process. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to software quality and testing. **Qualifications** + Must have strong technical skills in Java and Selenium. + Experience in the Analytics domain is a plus. + Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues. + Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members. + Should have experience with regression testing and test automation. + Must be familiar with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance. + Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. + Should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
