Senior Quality Control Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector working with ISO 9001:2015 Quality System,  Regulatory code compliance such as ASME to join our Brantford team!

Your Challenge

Product and raw material scheduled inspection utilizing applicable test procedures to ensure that products align with company and regulatory standards. 

Document preparation, review and retention including Test Reports, Checklists, Quality Control Documentation packages

Arrange appropriate Calibration/Maintenance schedules working directly with the Quality Control Manager

Ensure that inspection targets, quality requirements and schedules are maintained

Identify and document non-conforming products and promptly communicate with project manager and production team

Assist with internal, external audits and various corporate initiatives.

Attend training, contribute to organizational and individual continual improvement

Willingness and desire to progress through job levels and be seen as a resource to others

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in Quality Control inspection role

Good communication skills -- verbal and written proficiency to interpret and communicate regulatory requirements

Technical Diploma in related field preferred. Able to read engineering drawing

Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine programing and Non-Destructive Examination will be an asset  

The ability to contribute to a healthy, orderly, safe working environment through a positive attitude

Goal oriented, self-motivated, efficient and organized individual.
