Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety StandardsJob Description
ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed visual inspections, dimensional and functional testing for various raw materials and components.Apply Agile PLM for interpreting drawing requirements and tolerances accurately.Operate precision instruments including calipers, comparator, CMM, and manual pipettes.Measure internal and external diameters of pipette tips and tubes using the CMM, export data, and evaluate results against product specifications.Document and verify results to ensure compliance with product drawings and quality requirements.Follow strict procedures, work instructions, and product quality requirements.Communicate results and notify the immediate supervisor of any deviations from established standards. Document non-conformances using the Trackwise System.Complete protocols and test plans to assist Quality Engineers in assessing plastic components.Assist during internal and external audits (ISO13485, ISO9001).Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Gembas, JDI, and Kaizen.Perform other duties as assigned to support our ambitious goals.RequirementsProven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering outstanding results.
