Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Proposal Analyst to join our Proposal Department!
The Sr. Analyst, Proposal role is critical to the client acquisition and retention efforts of Navitus Health Solutions. This position works cross-functionally at a variety of levels to maximize sales and retention through the timely creation and management of competitive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales related documents for a variety of audiences. The Sr. Analyst, Proposal ensures agreed upon strategies are incorporated into persuasive, compelling, and customer-focused proposals. This position ensures the timely completion of projects in accordance with defined project management processes and quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesHow do I make an impact on my team?
Support Navitus' client acquisition and retention efforts by drafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents for a variety of client audiences. Sales support activities can include project coordination (e.g., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordination), follow-up correspondence, and reportingUtilize expert-level editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to ensure all written deliverables follow and demonstrate tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisionsProficiently understand and continuously develop knowledge of Navitus' target markets and trends in those markets and how Navitus' products and services are/or may be utilized in the target marketsUtilize strong project management skills to initiate, collect and deliver on analytical tasks in collaboration with cross-functional SMEsSupport proposal content management and department processes to keep materials current and competitiveContribute to the department goal of improved efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying and providing insights into streamlining departmental processesShare knowledge to build expertise in others including coaching and mentoring less experienced writersOther duties as assigned QualificationsWhat our team expects from you?
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field is requiredA minimum of four years’ experience for the following: Writing creative, concise, strategically correct, and persuasive proposals (writing samples and writing test required), Developing and implementing complex winning business strategies, while incorporating a consultative-sales approach, Delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the norm, and Strategic proposal content development and project management experience or similar related experienceExperience with Microsoft Office products at the advanced levelHealth Care environment strongly desiredParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesWhat can you expect from Navitus?
