Sr. Promotion and Partnership Marketing Manager, Amazon Furusato
Description Amazon Furusato, our newly launched marketplace for the Hometown Tax Program (Furusato Nozei), seeks a dynamic and results-driven Promotion and Partnership Marketing Manager. We're looking for an innovative strategist who excels in fast-paced environments and demonstrates passion for end-to-end marketing campaign management. As the Promotion and Partnership Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our promotional and partnership marketing initiatives, including incentive campaigns and strategic collaborations with Amazon Internal and External stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that create multiple entry points both on/off-Amazon for increased awareness with with Amazon Furusato. Key job responsibilities - Design and execute promotional campaigns from ideation through implementation and analysis - Develop and manage strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders for co-marketing opportunities to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition - Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Merchandising teams - Present strategies and results to leadership for review and approval - Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives Must-have requirements - Strong strategic thinking and excellent project management skills - Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns - Experience in partnership marketing and stakeholder management - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making - Excellence in communication and presentation skills- English proficiency - Experience utilizing any of SQL or other analytical tools to manipulate and analyze datasets for insights building Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches Preferred Qualifications - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
