About the Role
As a Senior Project Supervisor within the Operational Excellence team, you will guide and oversee daily operations related to people operations projects and initiatives across multiple teams. Your responsibilities encompass implementing strategies to enhance project outcomes, driving process enhancements, automation, and scale projects, and playing a key role in leading cross-functional projects and workstreams. You will actively contribute to achieving project goals, improving operational efficiency, and championing the vision of Merchant Operations Experience.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple high priority projects
+ Comfortable working with and communicating with various employee groups
+ A minimum of 4 years of experience in project leadership or supervision, demonstrating effective project management across multiple teams or organizations.
+ Proven track record in developing and implementing new processes organization-wide.
+ Strong expertise in driving process enhancements, automation, and scaling projects org-wide.
+ Demonstrated success in leading and collaborating on cross-functional projects and workstreams.
