Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager -Oracle EPM Financials in Chicago, IL. Duties Include: * Manage application software projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables * Provide project oversight and accountability for multiple business functions, ensuring teams stay on track and follow the appropriate processes * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and existing project managers to ensure clear communication and task ownership * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) and track project progress using Jira and related tools * Support teams in adhering to SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies * Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary * Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item trackers * Ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders, helping to bridge communication gaps
