Not 100% needed but would be a rockstar candidate if they had this background Description The client is actively running projects in the Manufacturing IT space with a new MES technology called "Pharmasuite". It basically helps on the assembly line let people know how to bottle and ship certain things. The main project methodology is Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). This is really what is #1 to having someone be successful on this project. The client used to do this but went more Agile in recent years. They have a multi-year runway to get things done. It is one of those projects that is high demand where they can't miss any sort of deadlines. 3 contractors are international and 1 is US based. Spots can sit remote if needed but if local can go on site 3 days/week at LTC South. They just onboarded someone last week after they let someone go. Will likely expand team from 4 to close to 8 in the coming year. Skills Project management, Critical Chain, CCPM, Pharma Suite T op Skills Details If local to Indianapolis would try and do a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week. Could be fully remote if not local. They need someone who can manager very high level projects that are demanding with deadlines. Could lead to work off core hours to make sure deadlines are met.
