Sr. Project Manager, eCommerce Technology

A large Retail customer in the Seattle area is looking to add a Senior eCommerce Project Manager to their team. This team is fast-paced and taking on exciting new initiatives to support a fast-growing business. They strive to adopt leading-edge technology and seek to improve on the solutions continuously. This team operates following agile frameworks and leverages multiple product teams across their various functions to support a growing Direct to Consumer Ecommerce platform. The right individual should be comfortable managing large budgets (ex: Mobile App) with upwards of 1M in funding over a two year period. You should be able to understand technical concepts and have enough experience to Wireframe home pages, landing pages, checkout pages etc. This PM will likely be focusing on the Loyalty Program for the client to help define internal processes while evaluating cost, return on investment, and maintaining current customers. You may help to define a "Gift with Purchase" program while partnering with engineering, fulfillment, and finance teams to enhance customer satisfaction and align company objectives.
