What Will You Do?
Support field sales, showroom customers, and specifiers by translating electrical drawings into full project proposals including: bills-of-material, product glamour shots, color-coded takeoffs, etc.Deliver proposals to sales reps or customers in electronic or hard copy formatDetermine appropriate product fit, depending on functional requirements, lighting schedule & customer budget.Establish strong relationship with Legrand/Pass & Seymour ALA manufacturers’ representatives.All other duties as required or requested. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or related fieldExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical contracting / estimating or equivalent. Project sales or MarComm experience a plusSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, electrical takeoffs, and specification documents a must. Lighting installation knowledge helpfulExcellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills, as well as the ability to present information in a concise and organized mannerMust be able to work across multiple audiences: tech support, sales reps, specifiers, installers. Proven ability to collaborate with Multiple Brands and position cohesive messages to diverse Team and functional roles. Ability to anticipate technical questions and deliver the right product solution for the customerStrong computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet and database management software, presentation software and internet search engines. Solid understanding of CRM and relates sales tracking systems. Adobe X suite (photoshop, acrobat) skills and/or Onscreen Takeoff skills a plus. Company InfoAbout Legrand
