Job Title: Sr. Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead complex, high-volume production initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in master scheduling, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product launches through gated processes and ensuring alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-volume product launch programs from initiation through delivery.Oversee master scheduling and ensure alignment with production timelines and resource availability.Manage program budgets and spending, ensuring financial targets are met.Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure program success.Drive gated process execution and ensure milestone adherence.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Essential Skills

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).Proficiency in Microsoft Project.Demonstrated experience in master scheduling for large-scale production.Proven success leading high-volume product launches.Experience managing gated processes in a cross-functional environment.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in master scheduling.Results-driven and highly organized.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Brillion, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
