Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

It’s Day 1 for Amazon’s next billion-dollar business and we are looking for a Program Manager to work in a start-up environment who is passionate about technology and fulfillment, who thinks and acts globally, and has the ability to manage and implement solutions. As part of Kuiper's Inventory and Fulfillment Technology (IFT) team, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment capabilities. Your expertise in supply chain technologies, combined with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, will drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and elevate the overall fulfillment experience for Kuiper’s global customers.

This role offers strong career progression opportunities, with a natural path toward operations leadership. Candidates will gain hands-on experience managing user acceptance testing (UATs) and system setup, developing the skills necessary to transition into operational roles over time.

- Drive project schedules from test to launch, adjusting the project plan proactively to avoid risks and issues
- Proactively seek out program-wide risks and issues, effectively size the severity and likelihood of occurrence, and drive them to closure
- Create and maintain best practices on the team, deal with ambiguity and competing objectives, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
- Write effective narratives and present them concisely and effectively to senior management.
- Navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned
