Sr. Program Manager, Sales Enablement, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution
The Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) team is looking for an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to join our Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) team. In this role, you will drive the global sales enablement strategy for AWD, creating and maintaining the tools, programs, and processes that empower our sales teams to effectively communicate our value proposition to sellers worldwide. You will translate complex product information into compelling sales narratives and tools, design comprehensive training programs, and establish effective communication channels to keep our global sales teams informed and equipped for success. Working closely with product teams, regional sales leaders, and marketing stakeholders, you will ensure consistent messaging and address market-specific needs across diverse regions. You'll have the autonomy to select and implement the right enablement tools and platforms to support scalable, efficient global sales operations. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and measure effective enablement programs that drive business growth. Key job responsibilities
• Create and maintain sales enablement content (playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks) by translating product team inputs into compelling sales tools

• Design and deliver global training programs, including onboarding materials, product updates, and certification programs

• Establish and manage communication channels and programs to keep global sales teams informed of product changes and updates

• Select and implement appropriate enablement tools and platforms to support global sales operations

• Partner with product teams, regional sales leaders, and marketing to ensure alignment and address market-specific needs

• Track program effectiveness through metrics, feedback collection, and performance analysis

• Build and maintain knowledge management systems and processes to support sustainable global scale
