As a Senior Program Manager, you will own aspects of the demand planning and capacity allocation across the NA network. You will have the opportunity to interface with multiple stakeholders and create an impact on the Short Term Capacity Planning of the AFP Team. The role focuses on analyzing the problem, proposing strategies, influencing stakeholders (verbally and in writing), removing obstacles and delivering results

Key job responsibilities
You will own all aspects of the Short/Medium/Long term capacity planning including but not limited to:

-Weekly Tractor Allocation, Capacity Management across network, Weekly stakeholder meetings and actions
-Own the deep dives for key metrics and drive actions to improve performance, Own weekly flashes for Capacity Planning
-Own projects assigned across the team
-Collaborate in entitlement studies, tractor purchase decisions, OP and QXG planning
-HVE/Peak/Prime capacity planning
