Hub Delivery is looking for a Program Manager with proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

A highly analytical candidate with program/project management or operations experience is an ideal fit, as this role will require cross-functional partnership with multiple teams (Tech, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Workforce Planning, Delivery and other teams) to lead, influence, and support business critical projects and initiatives.

You will be expected to interact with senior-level audiences to provide updates and make strategic recommendations that will achieve the long-term vision for optimal balance between business need and operator experience. Documentation of requirements, project management, and cross-team coordination skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities
- Designing and modeling new operations processes for developing business needs to improve quality, cost, and scalability goals as critical outputs
- Improve Middle Mile Connectivity and Speed for the Hub Delivery Program
- Optimize Middle Mile cost
- Build partners with NASC multi use team to expand the colocation program
- Gathering and analyzing data across order fulfillment functions to establish global standards for operations in partnership with cross functional teams
- Building strong partnership with operations field leaders to understand improvement opportunities
- Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward solves
- Leading project teams to plan, organize, and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
- Innovating to improve partner experience and continuously remove cost from our network
- Designing new metrics and enhancing existing metrics to support the future state of the business
