The AWS Startup team specializes in high-potential, rapidly scaling companies that have secured significant venture capital funding and demonstrate accelerated growth trajectories. This team provides crucial resources and architecture expertise, particularly in leading technologies like GenAI and edge computing, to fuel startup innovation.

The Startup team is seeking a Program Manager to drive external-facing programs and go-to-market initiatives. This role combines program management excellence with operational execution to build scalable mechanisms that improve how we engage with and support startup customers globally.


Key job responsibilities
In this role you will be accountable for:

Go-to-Market Programs:
• Design and implement mechanisms for successful customer relationship transitions between BD and Sales teams.
• Lead coordination with Executive Engagement and Marketing teams for event planning and execution.
• Create and oversee content creation, curation, and discovery mechanisms for both internal and external use.
• Develop and implement scalable programs supporting VC and startup engagement.
• Build measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and ROI.

Cross-functional Leadership:
• Act as the key coordinator across AWS teams including Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
• Drive alignment across geographical teams to ensure consistent execution of startup initiatives
• Develop and maintain executive-level communications and reporting mechanisms
• Create and manage standardized approaches for complex cross-functional projects
