The Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) team is looking for an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to join our Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) team. As a Sr. Program Manager on the Go-To-Market team, you will own and drive the product launch process for AWD, ensuring we bring new innovations to market seamlessly and effectively across our sales, marketing, and support teams. Your responsibilities include managing the intake mechanism for product launches, crafting detailed work-back plans for each launch, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to ensure all aspects of the launch - from sales enablement and marketing campaigns to customer support readiness - are aligned and prepared, and shepherding each launch through to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll have the opportunity to significantly impact AWD's growth by ensuring that each new product or feature is launched with maximum effectiveness, contributing directly to our mission of becoming the global bulk storage and distribution solution of choice for sellers worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
Manage new product launch intake process, sourcing new initiatives from product and tech teams
Craft detailed work-back plans for each launch, outlining timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional GTM efforts across sales, marketing, and support teams
Shepherd each launch end to end, managing stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks
Continuously evaluate and improve GTM process, incorporating feedback and best practices
