**Sr. Program Leader – PMC (Process Measurement and Controls) Marine** This position is responsible for driving and executing multiple growth projects at PMC Marine. The scope of these projects extends beyond the core Marine portfolio, exploring new possibilities utilizing products such as Gas Detection, Modular Systems, and Versatilis, while also identifying synergies across Industrial Automation (IA) offerings when applicable. The Program Leader at PMC Marine is accountable for the successful execution and commercial readiness of solutions that are typically multi-disciplinary in nature, encompassing hardware, software, services, and partnerships (both internal and external). This individual will lead various projects from inception to completion, supporting their commercial success by collaborating closely with leadership, sales, operations, excellence teams, channel partners, and external stakeholders/customers. + Actively engage in formalizing early-stage ideas and advancing them to the concept phase, with a clear, phased approach to project execution.
