The Senior Professional Staff Nurse, OP is a Registered Nurse who plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. A Sr. Professional Staff Nurse, OP sets care standards, leads nursing activities, and exercises independent judgment while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. They build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes and demonstrate ongoing dedication to the community and nursing profession.
Title and Rate of Pay will be based on Education and Experience.

Contributes to quality improvement and uses evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
