This individual will work closely with Human Resources to ensure accurate and timely payroll input and processing. In this role, the individual will be the subject matter expert on all payroll processing matters. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization. **Your Impact** This position will own payroll processing for all regional teammates; summarized below. Other duties may be assigned. • Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all countries within the Region utilizing ADP systems. • Work side-by-side with various ADP in-country payroll partners to ensure teammates throughout the region are paid accurately and timely. • Continued enhancement of process flow for all payroll processes to ensure the most streamlined and efficient payroll management. • Research and investigate payroll issues and other escalated payroll inquiries by collaborating with key stakeholders to problem solve, align on the best solution and execute in a timely manner. • Prepare monthly/quarterly payroll accounting entries to ensure accurate reporting and posting to the General Ledger. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: Regional HR, Accounting and FP&A Teams.
