Your mission, roles and responsibilities Dirigir las iniciativas QCD: establecer objetivos, implementar planes, realizar el seguimiento de los resultados diarios, realizar los ajustes adecuados sobre la planificación de recursos con el fin de obtener los resultados deseados. Impulsar las acciones de mejora: comunicarse con el Responsable de Unidad Autónoma de Producción, Supervisores de Producción de otros turnos y demás compañeros de supervisión con el fin de garantizar un flujo de información transparente, colaborar para definir las áreas de mejoras y precisar los planes de actuación. Gestionar el rendimiento del equipo: conocer los problemas del mismo, establecer las áreas para la mejora del rendimiento con los miembros del equipo, conducir los equipos de trabajo, encargarse de los grupos de resolución de problemasYour profile and competencies to succeed IngenieriaExperiencia de 1-3 añosIngles Intermedio
