Sr. Product Specialist (T)
**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Finacle and Finacle Core specifically within the Retail Banking domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role involves overseeing the implementation and support of Finacle solutions to enhance our retail banking operations ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation of Finacle solutions in retail banking environments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. + Oversee the customization of Finacle Core to meet specific business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Finacle-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives. + Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system health and efficiency. + Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations processes and troubleshooting guides. + Train and mentor junior team members on Finacle solutions and best practices. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Finacle implementations. + Participate in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans to safeguard banking operations. + Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues. + Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored Finacle solutions. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Finacle systems. + Stay updated with the latest developments in Finacle and retail banking technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with Finacle and Finacle Core with a strong understanding of their functionalities and capabilities. + Should possess in-depth knowledge of the retail banking domain and its specific requirements. + Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Should have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. + Should have a proactive approach to system monitoring and performance tuning. + Must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. + Should have experience in training and mentoring junior team members. + Must be familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the banking sector. + Should have experience in developing and executing disaster recovery plans. + Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. + Should have a customer-centric approach to providing tailored solutions. + Must be able to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. **Certifications Required** Certified Finacle Specialist Retail Banking Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
