Sr. Product Owner
**CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Product Owner opening for our client.** **Location:** Remote (San Francisco, CA preferred) **Duration:** Ongoing Contract **Duties:** + Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM). + Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders across field operations, IT, and support teams. + Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. + Serve as the primary point of contact for FSM development teams, providing direction, clarifications, and acceptance of completed work. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. + Conduct regular backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile development. + Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and enterprise architecture. + Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly field service experience. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA adherence, technician utilization, and first-time fix rate. + Stay current on new ServiceNow FSM capabilities and recommend enhancements or new features accordingly. + Drive user adoption through training, communication, and post-implementation support. **Skills:** + Strong understanding of field service operations, workflows, and best practices. + Proven ability to write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. + Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. + Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and CMDB. + Knowledge of Agile methodologies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. **Experience:** + 7–10 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile environment. + 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM). + Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale FSM initiatives. + Experience partnering with technical and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or FSM Micro-Certification preferred. + Advanced certifications or industry-specific experience (telecom, utilities, manufacturing) a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected pay range for this position is $43–$57 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
