The Product Marketing Strategy and Operations team is responsible for organizational effectiveness and transformational programs. We help create the processes and conditions for high performance across the team. We partner closely with product marketing leadership to drive strategy, operations and planning across the product marketing organization. And we lead programs that make things noticeably better for internal and external users.

We are hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Program Manager to develop critical programs and deliverables to align the rhythm of business across our organization. Our product marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving our success by orchestrating high-impact initiatives that resonate with our audience. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join our team and coordinate our biggest moments of the year.

You will be passionate about driving strategic clarity and operational excellence across high-impact product marketing initiatives, supporting key programs such as go-to-market planning and cross-functional campaigns. Also a highly organized, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and drives transformation and change management while bringing structure, focus, and momentum to complex projects. A collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate effectively across complex cross-functional teams. A proactive problem-solver that has mastered managing project timelines and ensuring everyone stays aligned and on track

About the Role
In this opportunity as Sr. Product Marketing Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Lead the development and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals across stakeholder groupsServe as a key segment partner to drive alignment and execution on key initiatives and manage complex programsAbility to effectively manage and deliver multiple product marketing programs concurrentlyEstablish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing programsDevelop, refine, and maintain efficient processes and procedures for product marketing program management, ensuring scalability and repeatabilityFacilitate collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and productCollect meaningful key metrics to guide the program and communicate results frequently with senior leadership


About You
You’re a fit for the role of Sr. Product Marketing Program Manager if your background includes:

6+ years’ experience in program management, product marketing, or marketing operationsBachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experienceProven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlinesEstablished expertise in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, including product, commercial excellence, marketing, and other key business unitsDemonstrated experience in change management and driving organizational transformation and operational excellenceBuilt and maintained a strong network of trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levelsUtilized problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions, with a keen eye for detail
