For more information, visit www.enterprisedb.com ****Candidate Note: This position is 100% remote for candidates based in the US**** We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product organization and lead the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, adoption programs, and product launches, for one of EDB Postgres AI’s core database capabilities. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, and as a key member of the team, you will shape the strategy of how our data and AI platform is perceived in the database market and adopted by enterprise customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is passionate about helping customers do more with their data and can turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives and go-to-market programs. **Your impact will be:** + **GTM Strategy and Execution:** Develop and execute scalable programs to drive awareness, consideration, adoption of EDB Postgres AI. Own end-to-end GTM strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and enablement. + **Positioning and Messaging:** Be the expert on target personas and their journeys, including how they adopt products and the value they derive from them. Craft compelling messaging that highlights key differentiators and value propositions tailored to different personas, including technical audiences and business decision markers. + **Product Launches:** Partner with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-impact launches. Ensure internal readiness and drive external awareness. + **Sales Enablement:** Empower field teams to engage effectively with prospects and customers with consistent messaging across all touchpoints. **What you will bring:** + 6+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role in an enterprise technology organization, preferably with a focus on database, analytics, and AI products. + Proven track record of developing and executing product marketing strategies with measurable business impact. + Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Curiosity about the “how” of technology to tell compelling stories about the “why”. + Prior experience marketing to a mix of technical and business audiences. **What will set you apart:** + Experience in the database, analytics, and/or AI sectors. + Understanding of PostgreSQL + Track record at high growth companies, and building new programs from zero to one. + Comfort working in a cross-functional role with global stakeholders.
