The Product Marketing team is responsible for selling Card products, combining product strategies with marketing tactics and experience optimizations to achieve our growth numbers. The team is also responsible for managing relationships with our channel partners, and implementation of campaigns on their platforms.We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team, helping to oversee the launch of new card products.
In this role:
Driving growth by partnering with Card Analytics to develop new products roadmap to acquire new card customers through traditional and digital channels, including branches, direct mail, email, and affiliate marketing
Building and executing robust testing strategy (offers, creative, etc.) to increase conversions and determine market fit
Continually review and assess campaign performance, including response rate, cards acquired and cost per card to ensure the team is on track or exceeding goals
Executing and leading campaign management activities, including onboarding of new affiliate partners and managing of their relationships
Partnering closely with internal and external partners to lead the development of new servicing capabilities to support new product offering
Communicating campaign objectives, progress, and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across departments.
Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in product strategy and campaign execution across the organization.
Requirements:
4-6 years experience in a product management or business analyst role.Ability to use and interpret data to inform and influence decision making
Experience working in cross-functional teams, partnering with analytics, engineering, design, product management roles.
Experience working with and managing integrations with external vendors
Experience with the product development life cycle and leading scrum teams
Strong time and people management skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail, but focused on the big picture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence
