The Amazon Toys & Entertainment team is seeking a data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Customer Insights & Experience initiatives. In this role, you'll shape how millions of customers discover and shop for toys on Amazon, combining deep analytical expertise with strategic product management to drive customer-centric innovations.
As the Senior Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end research process and product development cycle. You'll leverage data analytics, market research, and customer insights to identify opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to bring solutions to life. Your ability to synthesize complex data, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities will be key to your success.

• Lead internal research, market research, and customer segmentation initiatives
• Design and execute customer research studies
• Synthesize data to drive actionable recommendations
• Develop and own product roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Partner with technical teams to implement product improvements
• Manage product development lifecycle from conception to launch
• Create business cases to influence stakeholders
• Collaborate with enterprise marketing teams, business intelligence, tech teams, and vendor managers
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact
• Develop dashboards for product performance and customer insights
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas and opportunities
• Foster customer obsession and data-driven decision making
• Manage research vendor relationships
