What you will own:

 Lead efforts to develop, integrate and enhance tools that allow small businesses to communicate with Lendio to resolve concerns and questions.

Responsible for maintaining the tools Lendio uses to contact small businesses

Work with a cross-functional team (including product design and engineering) to learn what internal and external customers need

Facilitate and drive problem-solving with your team to create solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasible

Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap in your area

Develop product strategy, product differentiation, and value propositions and manage the product life cycle

Prioritize and set outcomes with your team

Measure performance using appropriate tools (we use Heap, Anadot, GoogleAnalytics, and Domo) and establish and report on KPIs

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget   

What you'll need to be successful:

 3+ years of experience in Product Management

Ability to communicate on a technical level with engineers and designers

Skilled at quickly understanding complex business problems

Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal)

Strategic planner and thinker

Process-oriented (you enjoy taking something messy and organizing it)

Experience working with Machine Learning and AI, especially in the communications space

Experienced in evaluating vendors and making complex build vs buy decisions.
