It's Day 1 for Amazon's next billion-dollar business and we are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to drive operational readiness and commercial strategy. In this role, you will work in a dynamic start-up environment. As part of Kuiper's Global Business Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, creating, and managing the central mechanisms that ensure our business is run effectively at launch and beyond. This role offers strong career progression opportunities, with exposure to both strategic planning and operational execution. The successful candidate will help shape the processes we use to run our business and the tools we build to automate and scale over time. Key job responsibilities Design, implement, and lead operational readiness programs to ensure smooth business launch and ongoing operations Drive clarity in organization spanning technical systems and operational workflows Dive deep into business metrics, helping to define what we measure, how, and why Navigate through ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups Write effective narratives and present them concisely to senior management Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
