Customization and Automation is a group within the Ford Pro Intelligence business unit that dedicates itself to simplifying how our cars are integrated electronically and digitally. Through listening to customers, researching, and deeply understanding the market, this team leads the future of how Ford can differentiate its vehicles and create experiences customers love.
