The Team & Role:
The Product Design team is a central pillar of Tinder’s product organization, responsible for driving forward our most critical user experiences—from the iconic swipe stack to how members message and connect. We’re a small, focused group that thrives on tackling complex problems, pushing for meaningful innovation, and shaping the foundational surfaces of the app that millions interact with daily.
As a Sr. Product Designer, you’ll bring seasoned communication skills, a sharp product instinct, and a strong passion for designing at scale. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the teams shaping Tinder’s core browse and chat experiences. You’ll lead end-to-end design work across these high-impact surfaces, contributing to a culture of thoughtful, high-quality design while helping evolve some of the most visible and essential parts of Tinder’s product experience.
Where you’ll work:This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week in Los Angeles, CA.

This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, CA.
