We are looking for a Senior Process Expert with a passion for people, process and technology to lead initiatives that will improve selling partner experience and operation efficiency. Key job responsibilities You will be responsible for driving SP experience and waste elimination initiatives. You will drive a culture of customer obsession and continuous improvement, build selling partner trust and enables selling partner work with Amazon effectively, launch and run seller education and support initiatives and eliminate defects and waste in relevant areas. You will apply a mix of quantitative and leadership skills to identify areas of improvement and lead solution to address it. You will lead, build rapport, and mentor program and process teams consisting of members of all levels and functions, without formal reporting relationships. Basic Qualifications 1. able to proactively identify areas to improve processes and SPX. 2. able to generate insights from process and business analysis; 2. able to lead initiatives to deliver process improvements and drive SPX. 3. fluent in collaborating with operations teams and stakeholders. 4. write high quality project doc and flashes 5. fluent facilitation skills to organize cross organization communication events. 6. business level spoken English Preferred Qualifications 1. lean six sigma green belt or above 2.
