Run production validate to ensure new solutions to be deployed are good for mass production. Create SOPs and training documents for main process & solutions for production lines operation. Train the engineer / technician / operators from Apparel production lines on SOPs, problem solving and production know-hows. Provide on site support to production sites as needed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:
• Run production validate to ensure new solutions to be deployed are good for mass production.
• Create SOPs and training documents for main process & solutions for production lines operation.
• Train the engineer / technician / operators from Apparel production sites on SOPs, problem solving and production know-hows
• Provide onsite support to Global production sites to ensure smooth launch of production lines solutions and achieve standardization and process optimization.
• Lead Site Acceptance Test to ensure production sites are ready on/before the planned timeline.
• Collaborate with project leader and technical team in Nansha site to ensure the solutions release to production sites can run smoothly without issues, as well as meeting key measurement targets.
• Provide technical support to Nansha production lines Operations.
• Work with Nansha production team on drive improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with manufacturing equipment preferred. Ideal to have previous experience in production lines.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills are critical for this role. Thinking "out of the box"
• Advanced English skills is a must (written and verbal)
• Strong statistical analysis skills and data driven.
• Capable of creating executive summaries to be presented to leadership levels in the organization
• Highly focused on results
• Willing to learn about end to end manufacturing processes for production lines.
• Willing to work under pressure. Motivated by challenges
• Available and willing to travel internationally when required to support business, ranging 25-75% of the time
