工作职责 Job Responsibility：

组织完成生产工艺相关SOP的制定和更新，推动和支持车间完成相关培训。Organize to complete and maintain SOP of production process. Support production team to complete the process related SOP training.产品OOS时，分析原因，制定解决方案，指导车间改进。In case OOS, analyze the root cause, work out solution, guide workshop operators to improve.完成新产品新技术转移。Conduct new products/technical transfer in.新建和维护产品BOM和Recipe。Create and maintain the BOM & Recipe of products.处理生产偏差和投诉，跟进CAPA完成。Handle the deviation and complaint of production, track the CAPA progress.组织完成生产工艺相关变更。Organize to complete change control of production process.组织完成生产部改善项目和成本控制项目。Organize to complete Kaizen project and cost saving project of production department.协助完成生产部设备或者改造的验证。Support to complete equipment or modification validation of production department.完成上级交待的其他工作。Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求 Qualification：

本科及以上 Bachelor or above 化工专业（高分子化工，精细化工，有机化工，化工工艺等）Chemistry related (Polymer chemistry, Fine chemistry, Organic chemistry, Chemical process, etc)化工行业 3 年及以上工艺相关工作经验。有离子交换树脂行业工作经历优先。 3 years or above chemical industry process work experience. Ion exchange resin industry work experience is preferred.工作主动、认真，高学习敏锐度；High motivation, high learning agility.好奇心强、思维活跃、勇于改变、具备解决复杂问题的能力；Be curious, active thinking and have courage to change, can analyze and solve complex issues.良好的沟通能力和执行能力；Good communication and execution skills.独立带团队完成项目的经验；Experience of leading a team to complete projects.逻辑思维能力强，数据敏感；Strong logical thinking ability and data sensitivity.有编写PPT，并清晰汇报的能力；Good PPT skill, clearly report ability.良好的英语能力，可用英文作为工作语言；Good English skill, Can use English as working language.
