Engineering shall also provide technical support to the manufacturing organization to achieve the overall manufacturing goal of consistently producing quality low-cost products. A nivel mundial, somos más de 65,000 empleados apasionados por lo que hacemos y estamos comprometidos a impulsar el mundo de la salud con soluciones desde el diagnóstico hasta el tratamiento._ _¡Únete a nosotros!_ **_Sr Process Engineer_** **Education and Experience:** • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, biomedical engineering, or an appropriate engineering discipline. • 6 years of experience in manufacturing environments. **Knowledge and Skills:** • Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) including “hands-on applications” strongly desired. • Timely execution of special projects as required by plant management. • Process engineering preferably, in labor standards, methods, workplace layouts and material flow. • Ability to conceptualize ideas, and focus individuals and teams to drive projects to completion on time and on budget. • Experience in manufacturing processes including hand assembly and automated assembly technologies preferably. • Analytical and problem-solving skills application. • Ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively with management, technical and operation personnel. • Trained and experienced in implementing Lean. Demonstrated implementation of standardized work. Apply the 8 manufacturing concepts. In deep understanding of all manufacturing areas. • Develops Project Plans, has some review points to drive execution. Allocates resources across most competing priorities. Successfully executes most projects. • Influencing change to qualification procedures; advanced statistical techniques (non-normal); ability to apply statistical and validation techniques creatively and appropriately. • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis and can manage most crises.
