Summary Of Duties: As a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services, following the values, principles, and success patterns. You will be a member of with a cross-functional team and work with Product Management, Architecture, and other stakeholders to help define, prioritize, and validate the solution under development.

Essential Functions:

Product Ownership: Act as the primary voice of the customer and point of contact for the product, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.Product Management: Shape Agile Release Train (ART)-level product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes.Agile Framework: Implement and champion the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are followed. Communicate agile best practices and guide team-members and stakeholders who are less familiar with agile best practices.Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team works on high-priority items.Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide a clear understanding for development teams.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision.Roadmap Development: Contribute to a product roadmap that outlines the delivery schedule and milestones.Release Planning: Participate in release planning, including prioritization of features, sprint planning, and coordination of cross-team dependencies.Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.Product Delivery:  Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time, delivering measurable value.

Minimum Qualifications:

Typically a minimum of 12+ years as an agile product owner, product manager, or other agile leadership role, or bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environmentDemonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe frameworkAbility to prioritize and make data-driven decisionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, AgilityHealth

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

Required: SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager CertificationPreferred: Knowledge of Client’s data landscape. Experience working with products or organizations supporting critical data and analytics, in areas such as data products and self-service analytics.

Communications And Interpersonal Skills:

Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
