Internal Advocacy: Mentor product teams and sales forces on product storytelling, market messaging, and customer empathy. Metrics & Impact: Define success metrics (usage, adoption, partner engagement), monitor KPIs, and iterate advocacy activities based on data. Strategic Integration: Champion evangelism early in the product lifecycle to accelerate launch momentum and ensure cross-functional alignment.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have at least 10 years of product management, pre-sales, or solution consulting experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS/HCM/payroll, with demonstrable success owning and launching products. You’ll have a strong track record of crafting product narratives, delivering demos, producing content, and speaking publicly. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.
