Serco is seeking a Sr. Principal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa. In this vital role, you will manage and execute advanced collective intelligence training, supporting large-scale training environments with a focus on simulation and system integration. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.

In this role, you will:

Serve as the Intelligence Warfighting Function Collective Trainer and oversee IEWTPT operations on-site.Plan and execute integrated intelligence training using systems such as Technical Control Cell (TCC), Intelligence Low Overhead Driver, WARSIM Intelligence Module, and DCGS-A.Provide subject matter expertise for developing, executing, and evaluating dynamic simulation-stimulated training scenarios and events.Apply working knowledge of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and their integration into command post operations.Deliver instructional support including pre-exercise briefings, guided training, and over-the-shoulder coaching for leaders and Soldiers. Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or staff member at Brigade, Division, or Corps level; or Master’s degree with 8 years of experience.Experience in one or more of the following roles:Brigade or higher-level S2/G2Divisional/Corps ACE ChiefAll-source intelligence warrant officer or senior NCODivision/Corps level G2 operations officerCTC Observer/Controller with military trainer experienceActive DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance and current counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph.Completion of required oversight training: OVSC1000, OVSC1100, and OVSC1800.Demonstrated experience in intelligence operations including all-source and collection management.Ability to obtain and maintain SIPRNET and JWICS accounts within 90 days.Willingness to travel up to 10%.Ability to work onsite at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa.DoD IAT Level I certification (A+, Network+).

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Expert-level knowledge of the Intelligence Warfighting Function and supporting systems.Strong analytical and instructional abilities for integrating intelligence into large-scale training exercises.Ability to coordinate complex simulation support in real-time operational environments.

Additional desired experience and skills:

Possession of a National Security Agency Network (NSAnet) account.
